After producing concerts at UCI and graduating in English '85, Jim Guerinot moved immediately into working on 4 SOLD OUT Bruce Springsteen concerts at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. From concert promotion Jim would transition into record company work, eventually becoming Executive Vice President at legendary A&M Records.
