With the demolition of Brandwine Commons & Brandwine Community Center, Middle Earth is now under construction indefinitely with the building of twin seven story towers adding 500 new beds. Project Manager Morrell gives us the run down of how he arrived here at UCI, his first project at Mesa Court, the big price tag and completion date.
